Teacher Instructions

We Require well Qualified and professional home tutors for home tuitions, who can travel to teach in their cities & the teachers who are running their own institute can also apply.

  1. We charge Rs-250/- as a Registration fee which will be deducted from your first month salary.
  2. If any teacher is recommended for any tuition, they will be given 30% of the commission amount. For example, if a tuition of 3000 is recommended and the commission amount is 1500, then the teacher will get Rs-450.
  3. You have to give a 3-days demo class at the student's place for parents' satisfaction.
  4. After confirmation of tuition by us, you have to continue the tuition for which you get 50% of the tuition fee in the first month, then you get 90% (95% in Ajmer, Kishangarh, Beawar city) of the tuition fee from the next month.
  5. We charge 30% in the case of lumpsum/short term courses.
  6. Tuition fee/salary is paid after completing one month from your commencement date of tuition.
  7. You have to collect the fee from our office or it can be credited to your bank account.
  8. If you would like to take one day leave you require to inform only parents. If it is more than one day you have to inform us also.
  9. NOTE: You have to meet with parents after taking contract details. If you don't meet after getting parents' contact details, then your registration will be canceled by us.
  10. Please Do Not Use your Mobile Phones at your tuition place.

Sharma Home Tuition keeps a strong check on its tutors and any `mischief` by any tutor will be taken very seriously and strict action will be taken. in case of any fraud by the tutor,we will refer the matter to our lawyers and a police case may be filled against the fraudster. tutors are stongly advise to make positive relation with Sharma Home Tuition as the consequences of any fraud are dire. The profession of a teacher is very honourable and we would never want our teachers & tutors to engage in any behaviour act that would paint our name and reputation in bad light.
